How Concall Connect works:

1. Account user calls a local telephone number provided by Concall.
2. They put in their Concall_id and press # (pound) once prompted.
3. Press a key to make a call. 
4. End the call by pressing the '*' (star) if there is no answer,  or when they're done talking.
5. You will automatically be returned to your menu to make more calls.
6. Multiple long distance calls can be made as long as the account user does not hang up.

Instructions for the account owner:

1. After you've made a payment. 
2. Click "My Telephone Lines"
3. Choose up to 5 telephone numbers to call
4. Let the user know a local Concall number and their Concall_ID 

Instructions for the account user:

1. Dial a Concall number that is local and wait for the prompt.
2. Enter the Concall_ID and press #
3. Follow the voice prompts

Sending a messsage: instructions for the account owner:

1. Sign in by clicking "Sign In" and provide the number used to sign up. 
2. The system will text you a code to sign in. No password is required.
3. Click on "Messages"
4. Type in your message. Your loved one hear the message when they call in.

Receiving a message: instructions for the account user:

1. Dial a Concall number that is local and wait for the prompt.
2. Enter the Concall_ID and press #
3. The system will play you the message.
