How ConCallConnect Works

1. Call a Local Number

  • Account user calls a local telephone number provided by ConCallConnect
  • Wait for voice prompt

2. Enter Your Concall ID

  • Enter your Concall_ID when prompted
  • Press # (pound)

3. Make a Call

  • Press a key to make a call
  • Follow voice prompts

4. End or Manage Calls

  • Press * (star) to end a call
  • Use it if there is no answer or when finished
  • You return automatically to the menu

5. Continue Calling

  • Make multiple long-distance calls
  • Calls remain active as long as the account is connected
Account Owner Instructions
  • Make a payment
  • Go to “My Telephone Lines”
  • Select up to 5 telephone numbers
  • Share local ConCall number + Concall_ID with user
Account User Instructions
  • Dial local ConCall number
  • Enter Concall_ID + press #
  • Follow voice prompts
Messaging System

Send a Message (Account Owner)

  • Sign in using phone number (SMS code, no password)
  • Go to “Messages”
  • Type message
  • Message is played when user calls in

Receive a Message (Account User)

  • Dial local ConCall number
  • Enter Concall_ID + #
  • Listen to message playback
