CONCALL CONNECT is now registered with CRTC

CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) registration is a huge factor for reliability and consumer protection. Many smaller "grey market" services operate without that oversight, which can lead to numbers being blocked by the jails.

The 5-number feature is a significant advantage that sets us apart, especially for families who want to stay connected from different locations.

Why the 5-Number Feature Matters
Most competitors charge per individual line. If a spouse, a parent, and a lawyer all want "local" numbers to save money, they usually have to pay for three separate subscriptions.

  • ConCallConnect: One subscription allows you to link up to 5 different destination numbers to the one local number.
  • How it works: When the inmate calls the ConCallConnect local number, the system can connect you to the 5 registered family/friends during a single call..
  • Note: it is not a 3 way call.

Updated Comparison: ConCallConnect vs. Others

If you have 3 or more family members who need to receive calls, ConCallConnect is objectively the cheapest option. Instead of paying $20/month x 3 people ($60/month), you pay $20/month maintenance fee for 5 people. (usage applies)
It’s also worth noting that because we are CRTC registered, we are less likely to have  our numbers flagged or "blacklisted" by the institutional phone providers like Bell or Synergy.
